Description

These Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are a healthy, delicious snack packed with protein and flavor. They are soft, creamy, and perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or a quick energy boost.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats (use gluten-free oats for a gluten-free option)
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened (can substitute with plant-based cream cheese)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, unsweetened
  • ½ cup protein powder (vanilla flavor recommended)
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries, gently folded in
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Gently fold in fresh blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
  4. Use your hands or a small scoop to form the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  5. Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
