Ingredients

- ½ cup cream cheese, softened (can substitute with plant-based cream cheese)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, unsweetened
- ½ cup protein powder (vanilla flavor recommended)
- ½ cup fresh blueberries, gently folded in
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Add cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Gently fold in fresh blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
- Use your hands or a small scoop to form the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
