Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into even florets
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 100 g hot Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh chives for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a smooth batter.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Place coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Toss cooked florets with Buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh chives.
