Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into even florets
- 100 g flour
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 100 g hot Buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh chives for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a smooth batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Toss cooked florets with Buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh chives.
