Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef (or other meat of your choice)
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 200 g grated cheese (Gouda, Emmental, or Cheddar)
- 1 egg (for brushing)
- Spices: salt, pepper, paprika
- Fresh herbs like parsley or chives
- Finely diced bell peppers or onions for the filling
- Optional spicy touch: chili flakes or jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to puff pastry package instructions (usually 200°C / 390°F).
- In a bowl, mix ground meat, herbs, diced vegetables, spices, and cheese.
- Roll out the puff pastry and place the meat mixture in the center.
- Roll up the pastry carefully and seal edges. Brush with beaten egg.
