Description

These Oat Yogurt Flatbreads are simple, healthy, and even better than pizza! Made with oats, yogurt, and flavorful spices, they are perfect for a quick meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 200 g oats
  • 250 g yogurt (natural or Greek)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Oil for frying
  • Fresh thyme for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix oats, yogurt, egg, baking powder, salt, paprika, and dried thyme until a smooth batter forms.
  2. Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour portions of batter into the skillet and shape into flatbreads.
  4. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve warm.
