Ingredients
- 200 g oats
- 250 g yogurt (natural or Greek)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Oil for frying
- Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix oats, yogurt, egg, baking powder, salt, paprika, and dried thyme until a smooth batter forms.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour portions of batter into the skillet and shape into flatbreads.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh thyme and serve warm.
