Ingredients
- 150 g spelt flour
- 160 g low-fat quark
- ½ packet baking powder
- ½ tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix spelt flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add quark and knead into a soft dough.
- Shape dough into rolls, sprinkle with optional seeds, and bake for 15–20 minutes until lightly golden.
