Description

Crispy Garlic-Parmesan Potato Wedges are a perfect side dish or snack, golden and flavorful, with a delicious garlic and parmesan crust and optional fresh parsley garnish.


Ingredients

  • 1 kg firm potatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 50 g freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss potato wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25–35 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use firm potatoes for best texture.
  • Optional: sprinkle extra Parmesan before serving for extra flavor.
