Crispy Garlic-Parmesan Potato Wedges are a perfect side dish or snack, golden and flavorful, with a delicious garlic and parmesan crust and optional fresh parsley garnish.
Ingredients
- 1 kg firm potatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 50 g freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Toss potato wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25–35 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
- Use firm potatoes for best texture.
- Optional: sprinkle extra Parmesan before serving for extra flavor.
