Ingredients
- 500 g carrots
- 400 g potatoes
- 400 g mixed minced meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 l vegetable or meat broth
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Sweet paprika powder, to taste
- Optional: marjoram or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Peel and chop carrots and potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat oil in a large pot and sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add minced meat and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Add chopped carrots, potatoes, and broth. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25–30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Optional: sprinkle with marjoram or parsley before serving.
